Job Title: Senior Web Developer

This role is a key part of our digital solutions team. Our goal is to empower healthcare organizations by providing innovative marketing and operations solutions.

We are a team of experts working together to achieve practice growth excellence. As a senior web developer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and building long-lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring seamless user experience, implementing technical SEO best practices, and optimizing website functionality. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to build visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Development & Maintenance: Develop and customize WordPress websites based on client specifications, implement and modify themes, plugins, and custom functionalities, conduct internal reviews and quality assurance before deployment, and ensure website security, updates, and troubleshooting post-launch.
  • Website User Experience (UX) Optimization: Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, responsive, and easy to navigate, conduct cross-browser testing and optimize for fast load times, and work closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency.
  • Technical SEO Implementation: Optimize metadata, structured data, images, and page speed, follow a structured SEO checklist before website launch, and monitor technical SEO compliance via tracking tools.
  • Website Appointment Booking Tool Development: Develop and integrate appointment booking features for healthcare websites, conduct pre-launch testing and ensure seamless functionality, and train end-users on using the appointment tool effectively.
  • Website Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance: Identify and fix bugs within a 48-hour resolution window, maintain detailed documentation of issue resolutions, and perform post-resolution quality checks to prevent recurrence.
  • Project & Delivery Management: Adhere to the 5-day website turnaround time (TAT) for project completion, maintain daily progress updates and flag potential risks early, and ensure websites are launched successfully with minimal post-launch revisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Regularly update clients and internal teams on project progress, work closely with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists, and ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
