We're now looking for a Junior Web Developer who enjoys working with WordPress and has a sharp eye for detail, site performance, and clean code.

The Role

This role is focused on WordPress website updates and ongoing maintenance — not new builds or heavy theme/plugin customisation. You'll work closely with our SEO team to implement technical recommendations, optimise site speed, and ensure websites run smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' work experience in web development or website maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with site speed optimisation and understanding of Core Web Vitals.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Implement SEO recommendations provided by the SEO team.
  • Perform front-end updates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Optimise website performance, including speed and usability.
  • Ensure websites remain secure, functional, and up to date.
