Job Title: Performance Tester

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Job Description:

Our team is looking for experienced Performance Testers to join us. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in performance testing practices, along with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts
  • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and performance gaps
  • Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements
  • Document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing
  • Provide recommendations to improve system stability and performance.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and project discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with performance testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.
  • Good knowledge of analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes.
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT).
  • Must have passed or be willing to clear ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) within 3 months of joining
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Benefits:

Shift would be applicable, but women candidates would work in general shift (8 AM – 5 PM /10 AM – 7 PM)

Other Details:

No shift would be required for women candidates, working regular office hours.

We offer flexible working hours to accommodate various schedules.
