As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met for space-grade components and systems. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in aerospace or space systems. Familiarity with standards like ECSS, ISRO-PAS, MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610 is also essential.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, procedures, and standards; participating in design reviews; conducting audits and process evaluations; and ensuring traceability and configuration control of components and documentation. Additionally, supporting risk management and failure mode analysis is crucial.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and contribute to the development of high-quality satellite systems.
