Data Science Opportunity

We are building an AI platform that predicts on-the-job performance more accurately than any human interview. Our technology already powers hiring at top AI labs.

In your first year as a Data Scientist, you will ship analyses and experiments that drive core product metrics: match quality, time-to-hire, candidate experience, and revenue.

  • You will define north-star and feature-level metrics for our ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments, turning results into product decisions within the week.
  • Build source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models so teams can self-serve answers.
  • Instrument events with engineers to improve data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
  • Prototype quick models to improve matching and scoring.
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents by designing rubrics, conducting human-in-the-loop studies, and setting guardrail canaries.

You will thrive here if you have solid fundamentals in statistics, SQL, and Python, and are eager to iterate fast, frame questions, test hypotheses, and ship results in days.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong educational background in a quantitative field (or equivalent work).
  • Proficiency in SQL, comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • The ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, turning analysis into actionable insights.
