Are you a seasoned process expert looking for a challenging role? As an Associate Director – Process, you will be responsible for delivering timely and high-quality process engineering solutions. Your expertise in chemical engineering disciplines will drive business growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Timely completion of process designs and deliverables.
  • Maintaining departmental working instructions and quality systems.
  • Overseeing work progress and work-hour usage.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and feedback management.

You will require a degree in Chemical Engineering Discipline with at least 18 years of experience in the process department of a consultancy organization or technical services department of a Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Lifesciences company. Proficiency in performing process calculations, preparing process flow diagrams, and reviewing design and construction for consistency and safety is essential.

  • You should have hands-on experience with simulation software such as HYSYS and ASPEN.
  • You must be able to carry out capacity mapping of biotech projects using schedules.

A strong knowledge of layout designing of API, OSD, Sterile, and Biotech projects is crucial. Familiarity with regulatory requirements of USFDA, MHRA, and WHO is also necessary.

  • You should possess sound knowledge on area classification and man material flow concepts.
  • You should have knowledge on the latest ISPE Guidelines.

This role involves reviewing technical requirements of client specifications, participating in discussions with clients, investigating and analyzing systems and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy, and monitoring work and progress to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedule.
