  • Administrating complete Engineering function related documentations and activities with internal and external customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams requires strong organizational skills.
  • Providing ERP Functional support, including knowledge of Infor M3 ERP and SAP S/4 HANA modules, is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Managing engineering manufacturing orders for R&D projects and other projects involves following up on materials required for these projects.
  • Creating purchase requests, follow-up on materials, invoices, and closure ensures smooth operations.
  • Managing Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Pass (RGP and NRGP) forms, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring proper closure requires attention to detail.
  • Supporting the creation and closure of work orders is an essential task in this role.
  • Arranging critical payment lists with the NPRI team and providing provision details to the Finance team requires effective communication skills.
  • Creating Material Dispatch Request (MDR) and Air Freight Approval (AFA) forms, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with the Packing team until the consignment reaches the consignee demands good time management skills.
  • Coodinating with the Imports team to collect consignments that are free of cost and PO deliveries requires strong analytical skills.
  • Creating scrap notes and following up on approvals until closure involves meticulous planning.
  • Maintaining an invoice tracker and following up on payment advice ensures timely payments.
  • Maintaining the R&D database, including drawing updates and file tracking, requires technical expertise.
  • SUPPORTING AUDIT PREPARATION: Preparing documents for EM ISO, IRIS, HIRA, and AIA Internal Audits along with Incharge demands thorough understanding of audit procedures.
  • CREATING CAPEX DOCUMENTS: Following up on CAR approvals and ensuring closure of invoices requires financial acumen.
  • OBTAINING SPECIFICATIONS FROM ENGINEERS AND FOLLOW-UP ON QUOTES FROM SUPPLIERS: Obtaining specifications from engineers and following up on quotes from suppliers involves negotiation and problem-solving skills.
