Lead AI Innovator

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge intelligent agent solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying next-generation intelligent agent solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Agentic AI solutions.
  • Build complex pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services that enable autonomous agent behavior.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale AI-driven solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, API Gateway, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions that drive business value and innovation.
  2. Design and build complex data pipelines and workflows that leverage LLMs and other AI technologies.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
  4. Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in clean, modular, and asynchronous programming.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  • Practical expertise in at least one Agentic AI framework: Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  • Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
  • Knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning or agent-based simulation.
