As a seasoned Gen AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our esteemed clients. Your expertise in solution leadership, technical architecture, project ownership, team mentorship, and hands-on contribution will be invaluable assets to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading technical teams, taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. They will also have exceptional client-facing communication skills, enabling them to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Leadership: Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: While leading the project, remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate should have a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems. They should also be proficient in developing and deploying GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Prior experience in a consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is highly desirable, as it demonstrates an ability to work effectively with external clients. Additionally, comfort with the dynamic nature of short-term PoC projects where requirements may evolve is essential.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong, client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Prior experience in a consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is highly desirable.
