We are seeking a seasoned Android developer to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-performance mobile applications using Kotlin and Java. They should be proficient in core Android development frameworks and tools, with a proven track record of delivering robust applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications for release on the Google Play Store.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features to market.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and software engineering principles.
  • Debug, optimize, and improve application performance through continuous testing and iteration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android trends, libraries, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Core Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with Kotlin and Java programming languages.
  • Proficiency in Android Studio and modern frameworks such as Jetpack Compose, MVC, MVI, RoomDB.

Additional Skills (Preferred / Expected):

  • Hands-on expertise in Retrofit for API integrations.
  • Proficiency in Coroutines for asynchronous programming.
  • Dependency Injection frameworks like Dagger/Hilt.
  • Basic knowledge of Flutter for cross-platform development.
  • Git and version control best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven Android development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
