Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and drive project implementation
- Develop and maintain high-performance AI systems that meet stringent quality and reliability standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply innovative techniques to drive business value
- Lead by example and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge-sharing resources to support team members and stakeholders
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work on all aspects of a production AI platform: data acquisition, model training, deployment, maintenance, and performance tuning
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data pipelines and ML workflows
Develop and maintain APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities to downstream applications
Work with QA engineers to ensure high-quality testing and validation of AI systems
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of overall code quality and best practices
