Job Title: Generative AI/ML Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional visionary leader with advanced cloud architecture expertise to spearhead our generative AI/ML initiatives. As the Generative AI/ML Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic GenAI solutions across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize GenAI or ML solution architecture, combining technical depth with business acumen.
  • Evaluate LLM applications, develop observability frameworks, and research the latest technology and frameworks.
  • Lead design and implementation of RAG-based knowledge systems and agentic AI workflows, leveraging your expertise in vector stores, distributed search, and multi-modal AI.
  • Select and integrate enterprise-grade AI models, driving cloud-native AI deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP AI services.
  • Architect LLMOps pipelines for scalable AI model lifecycle management, ensuring AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks are in place.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI-powered products, establishing AI monitoring and observability (drift detection, hallucination tracking, usage analytics).
Requirements:
  • 8-15 years of technology experience, with 4+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years in GenAI.
  • Proven leadership in cloud AI architectures, with strong expertise in RAG architectures, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Experience in agentic AI frameworks, edge AI deployments, low-latency AI inference optimization, and cloud networking, identity, and security for AI workloads.
  • Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle, from ideation to production, and excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
