About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Software Quality Assurance team, overseeing the quality of deliverables, customer relationships, test execution, and strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of software quality assurance best practices, as well as excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the healthcare industry. In-depth knowledge of SQA methodologies, risk management, and automation tools is essential. Experience with diverse testing methodologies and hands-on resource management is also highly desirable.

In this role, you will lead by metrics, providing executive dashboards for projects and releases. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans. Your strong analytical thinking and collaboration skills will enable you to drive process improvements and ensure constant innovation in the QA function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Software Quality Assurance team and oversee the quality of deliverables, customer relationships, test execution, and strategy
  • Develop and maintain a reusable framework to identify and manage test plans and related artifacts
  • Provide strategic direction across program releases and demonstrate leadership in QA management of resources, cost, risk, and scope
  • Ensure the creation of traceable test plans and scripts
  • Drive process improvements through the systematic measurement and improvement of Software Quality Assurance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience
  • Over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • In-depth knowledge of SQA methodologies, risk management, and automation tools
  • Experience with diverse testing methodologies and hands-on resource management
