Financial Operations Lead

Establish a high-performing team in finance, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Ensure robust financial processes are in place to minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and analyze comprehensive financial reports for payables and costs.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers worldwide.
- Currency Risk Management: Monitor currency exchange rates and implement strategies to mitigate currency-related risks in payment transactions.
- Compliance & Governance: Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to international regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor 1-2 resources.
Requirements:
- Education: A Commerce degree is required.
- Experience: Minimum 48 years of post-qualification experience is preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in Accounts Payable (AP), including PO (Purchase Order), Payments, Contract Management, Compliance, and taxation.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to optimize cash flow through strategic decision-making.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of expense management tools like ZOHO and accounting software like XERO, QuickBooks, etc.
