Job Overview: Collabera, a leading staffing company, is seeking an experienced Associate Talent Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and engaging with potential candidates to meet our clients' needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable staffing firm and contribute to the growth of our business. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in recruitment, build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and participate in regular meetings with the onsite sales team in North America.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients' needs and requirements.
- Source and engage with potential candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media etc.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the role.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in regular meetings with the onsite sales team in North America to discuss client needs and requirements.
- Utilise MS Office tools to manage data and reports efficiently.
You'll Need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, organisational skills, attention to detail and results-driven approach.
