The Role
Job Description
Role: Healthcare Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Primarily working on Healthcare/ Clinical requirements from Direct Clients like CNA, LPN, RN, etc.
- Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
- Working on Job Portals (Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc.)
- Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.
- Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
- Resource mapping, resume screening, problem solving and issue resolution.
- End-to-End coordination of interview between prime vendor, third party vendors, clients and consultants.
- Setting up interviews for consultants.
