At An established technology firm, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns for mobile apps, including platforms like Google UAC, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Key responsibilities include setting up UTM tracking, performing App Store Optimization (ASO), and implementing retargeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns for mobile apps, including iOS and Android platforms.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Set up UTM parameters and deep linking, track performance with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer, and continuously optimize for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO): Implement strategies to increase app visibility on Google Play and the Apple App Store, optimize app metadata (keywords, visuals, descriptions).
  • Retargeting & Re-engagement: Develop strategies to re-engage inactive app users using Firebase In-App Messaging and push notifications.
  • Budget & Bidding Management: Manage campaign budgets for optimal spend and ROI, optimize CPI and CPA bidding strategies across platforms.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with product, design, and development teams to align ad creatives, generate detailed reports on performance, key metrics, and optimizations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile app advertising.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer
