Job Description:

The role of the Internal Auditor involves reviewing and assessing an organization's internal controls, processes, and risk management practices. As a Risk and Controls professional, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of these systems and providing recommendations for improvement.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them. This will involve conducting thorough reviews of business processes, identifying areas of inefficiency or waste, and implementing corrective actions to improve overall performance.

In addition to your analytical skills, you will also need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present your findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Your goal will be to provide assurance that the organization's internal controls are operating effectively and efficiently, and that risks are being managed appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting risk-based audit assignments in the BFSI sector.
  • Developing and implementing audit plans, scopes, and work programs.
  • Reviewing and preparing audit reports, including drafting and finalizing report content.
  • Presenting audit results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Tracking and following up on audit recommendations, and leading projects within the team.
