About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Creative Specialist to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of e-commerce growth. Using data, AI, and agents, you will be responsible for generating ad creatives that drive conversions.

You will leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and Firefly to create static, video, and copy assets. Your performance metrics will monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, and provide insights for adjustments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate ad creatives using AI-first tools
  • Deploy creatives into Ads Manager/lifecycle tools
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust accordingly
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles
  • A strong portfolio showcasing AI creative work
  • Comfort with basic metrics and a fast learning attitude
