Tendering Specialist

Our expertise spans highways, bridges, and tollways, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects under various models, including EPC, PBMC, and BOT through PPP.

• Identify and analyze tenders, reviewing pre-qualification criteria to ensure compliance.
• Prepare tender estimations and costing, creating detailed tender synopses that meet client requirements.
• Document tender submissions, including technical and financial documentation.
• Analyze past bids and conduct competitor analysis to inform future project strategies.
• Prepare post-bid cost estimates and draft letters to government departments regarding ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with pre-bid consultants and perform quantity takeoffs for EPC tenders.
• Handle inquiries, collect quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare comparison statements.
• Perform other tasks as required to support project delivery.

• M Tech/B Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in National Highway projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC, PBMC, and related contracts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
