Tendering Specialist

We have executed projects under various models, such as EPC, PBMC, and BOT through PPP model. Our team, assets, and advanced engineering expertise allow us to manage a diverse range of projects with varying levels of complexity.We are currently seeking a 'Tendering Specialist' to join us on a full-time basis at our office in Jaipur. The candidate will contribute in the following ways:Job Responsibilities:Identification and study of tenders and review of pre-qualification criteriaTender estimation and costing, preparation of tender synopsisPreparing costing (direct & indirect) in accordance with tender requirementsDocumentation for tender submission (technical & financial)Analyzing past bids and conducting competitor analysisPreparation of post-bid cost estimates (budget)Draft letters and correspondence with government departments regarding ongoing projectsCoordinate with pre-bid consultants and Perform quantity takeoffs for EPC tendersFloat inquiries, collect quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare comparison statementsHandling any other tasks as neededQualifications Required:M Tech/B Tech in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in National Highway projectsStrong understanding of EPC, PBMC, and related contractsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsInterested candidates meeting the above criteria may apply on LinkedIn and forward their resumes to ;
