Job Title: Guidance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidance Professional to lead our student guidance team. As a key member of our educational community, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process, academic planning, career development, and overall student growth.

  • Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career paths, and admissions strategies.
  • Understand students' goals, backgrounds, and academic performance to recommend suitable courses and career pathways.
  • Manage end-to-end student guidance including lead management, follow-ups, and successful outcomes.
  • Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and outcomes.
  • Guide students on test preparation, application processes, and interview readiness techniques.
  • Coordinate with faculty, academic staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Organize career guidance seminars, workshops, and events to promote student growth.
  • Assist in creating counseling materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns to engage students and parents.
