Job Description:

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department in executing core functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and general office administration. Your primary objective will be to enhance organizational efficiency, foster a positive work culture, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Support the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to coordinating interview schedules.
  • Smooth Onboarding Experience: Facilitate the seamless integration of new employees by managing documentation, induction formalities, and orientation processes.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • General Office Administration: Oversee operational efficiency and maintain an organized workplace.
  • Safety and Security: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Employee Engagement Programs: Contribute to various initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in assigned projects and activities under the guidance of the HR Manager or leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative functions.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, solid understanding of HR responsibilities and core functions, knowledge of HR Labour laws and compliances, high level of discretion when handling confidential information, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, attention to detail, and work accuracy is a must.
