Job Title: IT Head

Experience: 14+ years


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional technology teams across infrastructure, operations, and DevOps.
  3. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on technology trends and risks.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven experience in managing large-scale IT Infrastructure, IT audits, and DevOps practices.
  4. Strong knowledge of networking, system architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  5. Familiarity with IT compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, etc.).
  6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  7. Experience in managing multi-location teams and global operations is a plus.
