Reliable Operations Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and operations, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring the stability of our systems.

  • Job Description:
  • Identify potential system issues early and implement preventive measures to boost system resilience.
  • Built tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Participated in root cause analysis (RCA), drove corrective and preventive actions, and prioritized improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Applied programming and scripting expertise (Python, Bash, etc.) to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentored & grew: Shared knowledge with peers, championed best practices, and pushed for innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
