About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and creative Visual Merchandiser to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces based on brand guidelines and seasonal trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing Visual Strategies: Create and execute visual merchandising plans that align with brand standards and seasonal themes.
  • Store Layouts and Displays: Plan store layouts, window displays, and product placements to maximize visual impact and customer engagement.
  • Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Display Maintenance: Ensure all visual merchandising displays are well-maintained, clean, and regularly updated.
  • Staff Training: Train in-store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales trends to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Vendor Management: Source display materials and coordinate with vendors for fixtures, signage, and props.
  • Store Audits: Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency in presentation across locations.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to enhance visual appeal.

Requirements:

  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Able to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
