Senior Visual Merchandiser Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to design and execute visually appealing product displays that align with the brand image and merchandising guidelines. This involves creating engaging and effective store layouts, using creative strategies to showcase products in a manner that highlights their features, craftsmanship, and value.

Some key responsibilities of the Senior Visual Merchandiser include planning and executing new product displays, refreshing existing ones regularly to reflect seasonal themes, new arrivals, and promotional events, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement new in-store displays and advertisements aligned with brand campaigns.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
  • Strong design skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities

This role requires a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
