Expert in Churn Prevention and User Reactivation

We are seeking a seasoned marketer to take on the challenge of preventing user churn and reactivating lapsed listeners. As an expert in winning back users, you will play a crucial role in understanding why users leave and developing strategies to save them or bring them back.

This position requires a problem-solver who is adept at running experiments, analyzing data, and seeing a direct impact on the user base. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless user experiences and develop cost-effective methods for reactivating different user cohorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At-Risk User Intervention (Churn Prevention): Identify at-risk users through predictive models and analysis, engage with them through surveys and interviews, and design proactive campaigns to re-engage them before they cancel.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation (Win-Back Strategy): Own win-back campaigns, craft compelling offers and personalized content, and rigorously test A/B variations to build a playbook of cost-effective methods for reactivating different user cohorts.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Measure KPIs for your domain, provide data and qualitative insights to stakeholders, and partner with core retention teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-7 years of experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, ideally within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.
  • Innovative Problem-Solver: Think creatively, challenge assumptions, and build industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-On Campaign Execution: Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytically Sharp: Fluency in digging through data, strong proficiency with SQL for independent analysis, and experience with product analytics tools.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Design and interpret A/B tests to get clear, actionable answers.
  • Passion for Music: Understand what makes listeners stay and use this knowledge to craft effective campaigns.
