Enterprise Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned JIRA expert to support our organization-wide Agile transformation and toolchain optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ScriptRunner, EazyBI, and JIRA administration.

This role involves customizing workflows, automating processes, and building advanced dashboards and reports that provide visibility into delivery performance and business metrics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and maintain complex JIRA workflows, schemes, custom fields, and permission schemes tailored to organizational needs.
  • Develop and deploy custom scripts using ScriptRunner to automate tasks, enforce business rules, and extend JIRA functionality.
  • Create and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using EazyBI, including custom measures, calculated members, and multi-dimensional data analysis.
  • Integrate JIRA with external tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, Slack, etc.
  • Manage JIRA projects and work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable configurations.
  • Optimize and standardize Agile processes across teams by customizing boards, issue types, and workflows for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Ensure proper user management, permissions, and project roles in compliance with enterprise policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in JIRA administration, configuration, and customization, strong hands-on expertise with ScriptRunner, deep experience with EazyBI, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps toolchains.

They should also be proficient in JIRA Query Language (JQL) and familiar with Confluence, Atlassian Cloud Migrations, and other relevant technologies.

Ancillary skills like Automation for JIRA or external orchestration platforms are a plus but not mandatory.
