Medical Services Provider

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Medical Services Provider to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Medical Services Provider will be responsible for providing outpatient department services, emergency medical services, and first aid. This role will also involve performing minor medical procedures in the health center, coordinating referrals to hospitals for comprehensive healthcare services, and procuring regular medicines and emergency drugs following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality medical care services to patients in the outpatient department and during emergency situations.
  • Conduct minor medical procedures in the health center as needed.
  • Coordinate with hospitals to refer patients for comprehensive healthcare services.
  • Procure regular medicines and emergency drugs in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Regularly review medicine stock and medical equipment, perform reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise medical staff, ambulance drivers, and adherence to roster schedules, while providing regular training and medical education to the team.
  • Conduct first aid training for security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and volunteers.
  • Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation camps to promote community health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a resident duty doctor or equivalent medical professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in medicine or related field.
