Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations while balancing multiple responsibilities including business analysis, vendor management, risk assessment, and collaboration with the Project Team on strategic planning and departmental projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects, managing project scope, schedule, and costs. The candidate will coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans in conjunction with the Operations Team.
  • Familiarity with Agile Framework.
  • Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.
  • Coordinating with sales teams for project planning and kit calendar.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal departments, and external vendors.
  • Evaluating systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision.
  • Collaborating with back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution.
