Job Title: Research Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Research Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data management, including ensuring accurate and efficient entry of information into our database, conducting project-specific research and analysis, and identifying target companies and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Management
  • Knowledge Management and Research
  • Preparing trackers, reports, and updating them regularly
  • Candidate Profiling and CV Formatting
  • Assisting consultants with market/product analysis and competitor structures
  • Conducting project-specific research and analysis
  • Systematically identifying target companies and candidates
  • Tracking and recording executive moves and press articles
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in data management and research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized with a calm and unflappable temperament
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable individual with first-rate teamwork skills
