Senior Software Engineer - Customer Experience

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled software engineer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, leading, and implementing customer-facing software projects that meet the needs of our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering will help shape our product roadmap and ensure we deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 9+ years of commercial software engineering experience as a Fullstack engineer.
  • Proficient in frontend and backend development using React and JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript (preferred).
  • Significant experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React/Vue), build pipelines, package managers, and other CLI tooling.
  • Experience with JavaScript in client- and server-based applications.
  • Experience with mono-repo patterns, frameworks, and tooling.
  • Experience building integrations in the Salesforce development environment or integrating with Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience building integrations with popular SaaS products such as Jira, Slack, Shopify, Microsoft Teams is an added plus.
