We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Service Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in agency sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/agency.
  • Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and experienced in building strong client relationships.

They will be able to understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.

They will also be able to manage end-to-end client servicing, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure timely collection of payments.
