About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquirer to identify and attract top candidates for current and future hiring needs. As a seasoned sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality talent from various sources, including professional networks and job boards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract suitable candidates through strategic research and outreach efforts.
- Conducting Initial Screenings: Conduct thorough screenings with sourced candidates to assess their fit for the role.
- Candidate Profiling: Create detailed profiles of candidates for further validation and assessment.
- Tracking Queries: Monitor internal queries raised on candidates and resolve them efficiently.
- Pipeline Development: Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely updates on candidate progress.
- MIS Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Grade: Executive level.
