Job Title: Learning and Talent Development Lead
Description:
The key objective of this role is to develop, implement, and maintain a training strategy that drives operational excellence, safety, compliance, and customer service standards across the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing the end-to-end learning and talent development function including regulatory training, technical capability building, customer experience interventions, on-the-job training, and leadership development for ground handling staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Drive skill readiness, compliance, and customer centricity across ramp, passenger, baggage, and load control functions.
- Forecast training demand based on business growth, attrition trends, and audit observations.
- Oversee academy trainings and ensure timely release of batches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in learning and talent development, with at least 5 years in ground handling or aviation operations.
- Proven experience of leading a training team in a high-volume operational setup.
- Relevant skills and certifications in training and development, preferably ISO9001 standards.
