About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Agentic AI to craft, deploy, and optimize intelligent agent solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Python, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure, with the ability to design scalable multi-agent workflows and enhance autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and deploying Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  • Designing pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration.
  • Integrating third-party APIs, tools, and services to enable autonomous agent behavior.
  • Deploying, managing, and scaling AI-driven solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Collaborating with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to build production-ready solutions.
  • Optimizing agents for robustness, efficiency, and performance.
  • Conducting code reviews and maintaining high standards in Python development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python with clean, modular, and asynchronous programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  • Practical expertise in at least one Agentic AI framework: Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  • Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

  • Knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning or agent-based simulation.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
