Job Title: AI Innovation Expert

The role of the AI Innovation Expert is to create and implement AI-powered legal solutions to support contract drafting, compliance reviews, and due diligence.

This position sits at the intersection of law, finance, and technology, requiring a unique blend of legal expertise, technical skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools.

  • Design and develop AI-powered legal agents to automate contract drafting and review processes.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows and processes for legal and finance functions.
  • Explore, test, and integrate AI tools that can be applied in law, compliance, and startup finance.
  • Work with lawyers, CAs, and compliance professionals to identify use cases and create solutions.
  • Train and enable internal teams to adopt AI tools in their daily work.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends in the legal-tech and fintech ecosystem and bring practical innovations into practice.

Requirements:

  • Hold an LLB or equivalent legal qualification (law firm/startup ecosystem experience a plus).
  • Tech-curious — comfortable experimenting with AI tools, breaking them, and figuring out fixes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset — not limited to how it's always been done.
  • Excited about the possibilities of legal-tech and automation.
  • Comfortable bridging law/finance knowledge with practical AI applications.
