Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Building Structures Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the design of building structures with significant experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for leading the design process, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and develop detailed designs that meet their needs
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure that all designs and documents meet the required standards and are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Degree in Civil or Masters in Structural Engineering
  • Experience:
  • At least 14 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in the design of building structures
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
