Role Overview

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing and detailing structures. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) along with experience in Revit, STAAD Pro, and Tekla Structures. You will work closely with our design and project management teams to create safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions for residential, commercial, and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare structural drawings, models, and detailing using AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla.
  • Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro and relevant codes.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
  • Conduct load calculations, material selection, and reinforcement detailing.
  • Review and check structural shop drawings and BOQ/BOM integration for execution.
  • Support project teams during execution, addressing technical site queries.
  • Ensure all designs comply with Indian and international building codes and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in structural design and detailing.

  • Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • Revit, Tekla Structures, STAAD Pro

  • Strong understanding of IS codes and construction methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
