Audit services play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements.

As an experienced audit professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to clients across various industries and locations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct audit procedures in complex areas, developing technical competence and serving as the primary day-to-day contact for the audit client.

This role requires a deep understanding of audit methodologies and techniques, including external, internal, and statutory audits. You will be responsible for advancing your command of audit techniques and methods, ensuring best business practices are in place, and maintaining exceptional audit work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing productive working relationships with audit clients and engagement teams
  • Directing fieldwork and informing engagement leaders of audit engagement status
  • Completing audit procedures and documentation for higher-risk areas to enhance technical skills
  • Contributing expert ideas and opinions to the audit teams
  • Preparing draft financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP (FRS 102)
  • Ensuring all work papers are complete, consistent, and contain procedures performed, evidence obtained, and conclusions reached with thorough documentation

To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-5 years of related work experience in a similar audit practice firm or a graduate degree with approximately 1-5 years of related work experience in fields of statutory audits under US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
