Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead comprehensive accounting, taxation, and auditing services for domestic Indian clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and applicable guidelines.
  • Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and file tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory documents.
  • Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Offer guidance on corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
  • Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles preferred.
