**Job Title:** Experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect

 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at InfoBeans. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' needs.

**The Role: **

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect at InfoBeans, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored Salesforce solutions that address their needs. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our project teams on the best practices for implementing Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing training to our staff.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and provide expert advice on Salesforce implementations.

2. Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs, leveraging your knowledge of Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

3. Conduct workshops and training sessions for our staff on Salesforce best practices, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.

4. Work closely with our project teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce projects, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating them into our solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

 

**Requirements:**

1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of the core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM analytics).

2. Proven hands-on experience with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as LWC and integrations using REST and SOAP.

3. Strong knowledge of automation tools like Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Data Migration, and Data Loader, with a preference for Flows.

4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients, lead projects, and facilitate business process analysis sessions.

5. Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams, with the ability to prepare effort estimates and designs.

6. Ability to travel abroad for short-term/long-term assignments.

7. Strong understanding of best implementation practices on the Salesforce platform.

8. Ability to conduct code reviews for junior team members and suggest improvements aligned with best practices.

9. Salesforce Certifications required (Admin, PD1), with preferences for JavaScript and PD2 certifications, as well as Sales and Service Cloud certifications.

 

**Location:** This role is based in Pune, Indore, Vadodara, or Chennai, offering opportunities for remote work and collaboration with global teams.

 

**Estimated Salary:** ₹18 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications). This estimate reflects the average compensation range for this position in the specified locations, taking into account the job description, required skills, and qualifications.
