Seeking a professional to join our Structured Trading team in Powai. The successful candidate will work closely with Trading, Sales and Structuring functions dealing primarily with EMEA and US regions.
The role involves working in close tandem with global trading desks facing dynamic markets and aggressive deadlines. Key responsibilities include:
- Gaining knowledge of the relevant global financial products and models developed by business.
- Answering client requests, which range from data requests to designing and implementing bespoke models.
- Perform trade modelling, strategy selection, and performance analysis.
- Building-up on infrastructure to implement new models as well as maintain the existing infrastructure.
- Working closely with sales, traders and structurers to enable new trades to be executed, post-trade analysis, position keeping.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, a commercial mentality with an entrepreneurial bias, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will also require a good understanding of numerical techniques and models used in derivative pricing and greeks, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, Python and working knowledge of Bloomberg.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers broad exposure and opportunities for professional growth.
