Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential candidates. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research:
    • Formulate research strategies and specify target companies and universes.
    • Map universes via sourcing and cold calling, and present opportunities effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Interview candidates consistently and professionally.
    • Attend candidate meetings with consultants and write up notes.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Attend client pitches and support consultants.
    • Stay alert to potential business development opportunities and familiarize yourself with hiring trends.
