Payment Solutions Expert

This role entails collaborating with the Practice head to conceptualize new payment solutions and convert them into actionable propositions, engaging with account teams to identify opportunities and address inefficiencies. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize new payment solutions in collaboration with the Practice head and convert them into actionable propositions.
  • Capture opportunities related to new initiatives, pain points, and visible inefficiencies that can be addressed by connecting with existing account teams (payments domain teams).
  • Create solid propositions in a time-bound manner where relevant and seek account heads for meetings with relevant client stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational metrics such as Output Based Incentives (OB), revenue numbers per account and across accounts, and identify gaps/drops and follow up with the accounts.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of real-time payments, domestic ACH, domestic Wires, cross-border wires.
  • Hold a comprehensive understanding of ISO 20022 standards.
  • Have hands-on experience on at least one vendor platform - GPP, OPF, UP, EPS, Pep+, VolPay, IPF.
  • Produce high-value thought papers that can be published at regular frequencies to showcase expertise in payments.
