Job Title: Business Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise and guidance to our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the life insurance domain, with a strong focus on Vantage PAS. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.

  • Provide expert guidance on Vantage PAS solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and other mainframe tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Lifetime insurance product knowledge.
