Oracle Utilities C2M Expert

This role involves being a key player in delivering Oracle Utilities solutions to large-scale utility implementations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in various areas, including billing, meter reads, usage processing, and service orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • C2M Suite Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway for integration with head-end systems.
  • Meter-to-Cash Processes: Expertise in VEE, exceptions handling, service orders.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT, familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, head-end system integration, AMI, SCADA data flows, data modeling, batch processing, schema design, validation rules, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, performance optimization techniques.
  • Architectural and Leadership Skills: Enterprise utility architecture design experience, ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints, proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capability to lead cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews and workshops, risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities C2M implementation, integration, and customization.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, performance optimization techniques, role-based access control, security policies, data privacy standards.
