The Professional Services team collaborates with the sales team to design and implement solutions for clients, ensuring timely onboarding and implementation of new clients. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Implement the LeadSquared platform according to solution design.
  • Design and implement integrations between LeadSquared and existing software ecosystems.
  • Migrate customer data, cleanse, map, and validate digital assets.
  • Configure the LeadSquared platform to meet customer requirements and implement customizations.
  • Ensure timely go-live and serve as the technical point of contact for implementation-related integrations and queries.
  • Document technical processes, create integration guides, and develop runbooks.
  • Conduct thorough testing before go-live and provide post-implementation support.
  • Communicate progress and status updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team for technical feedback and reviews.
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide consultation services for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

This role requires strong knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and deployment, experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization, understanding of database management, data migration, and ETL processes, and knowledge of SaaS application features and implementation challenges.
