Location: Bangalore (US Shift)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to spearhead our US Healthcare BPO sales initiatives, with a strong focus on revenue cycle management, teleradiology, and healthcare outsourcing services. This role requires a hunter mindset—someone who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in US healthcare sales, a strong understanding of compliance requirements, and the ability to leverage AI/GenAI-led solutions to differentiate offerings in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition in the US healthcare sector, focusing on revenue cycle management, teleradiology, and healthcare outsourcing.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for client acquisition and expansion.
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, digital campaigns, and industry events.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals exceeding $250,000+ annually.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers at healthcare providers, hospitals, and physician groups.
  • Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends in US healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and AI/automation in healthcare BPO.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate degree (MBA) with 6–10 years of experience in international BPO sales, with a minimum of 3+ years in US healthcare sales.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, teleradiology, and healthcare outsourcing services.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value healthcare deals ($250K+ deal sizes).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and US healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of GenAI/AI-driven healthcare solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets of $1M+.
